GREEN 10D™ is a high gloss, UV workhorse coating formulated to incorporate 10% or more renewable bio resource raw material. Low viscosity, it is designed for in-line coating using Blanket, Roller, or Aniloxcoaters, and UV curing over HP Indigo, Sheetfed, UV or Hybrid inks on paper, paperboard, and film substrates.
GREENSOFT 123™ is a SoftTouch™ translucent, velvety, tactile UV coating formulated to incorporate up to 18% renewable bio resource raw material. It features a proprietary, Hybrid backbone technology, H-bonded, 2 package system that cures 4x's faster than original SoftTouch™ formulations. Shear thinning, it is designed to be flood or spot coated using Flexo/Gravure, or smooth Roller application alone, or over Heatset, UV, Hybrid or Waterbased inks on paper, paperboard, selected foils and plastic substrates.
GREENSOFT 126™ is a SoftTouch™ translucent, velvety, tactile UV coating formulated to incorporate up to 26% of renewable bio resource raw material. Featuring CORK’s evolving Hybrid backbone technologyit cures 1.5 xs faster than original SoftTouch™ formulations. It is designed to be flood or spot coated using Flexo, Roller, or Rod application alone, or over Heatset, UV, Hybrid, or Waterbased inks on paper, paperboard, plastic, and selected foil substrates. GREENSOFT 126™ is self-healing with a light finger or soft cloth rub repairing minor scratches and abrasions.
SHARPER DOT™ KILLER WHITE UV INK is arguably the best sheetfed offset UV white in the market, and is rapidly gaining recognition as such, especially by the label printer. It offers high opaque coverage due to its superior offset performance, defined by excellent transfer and flow properties, producing sharp dots with minimum gain. The result is stable press settings; no pinhole tendencies, exceptional adhesion, good rub/scratch resistance allowing post printing processing and multi-pass overprinting.
